The fertility journey asks a lot of your body. It asks even more of your spirit. Fertile Ground Yoga is a place where both get to rest, move, breathe, and heal. Each virtual class combines the gentle, intentional practice of fertility yoga with a spiritual theme designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are holding onto faith, learning to surrender, searching for hope, or simply trying to find stillness in the middle of the storm.

This is not just exercise. This is a practice. And it was made for women just like you.

What to Expect

Each Fertile Ground Yoga class is built around a single spiritual theme. You will move through fertility-focused poses designed to support your reproductive health, reduce stress, and help your body feel cared for, all while being guided through reflection, breath, and intention rooted in that theme.

Every class is virtual, so you can practice from your living room, your bedroom, or wherever you like. All you need is a mat or towel, an open heart, and a little bit of time for yourself. Sign up for a scheduled class below.

Fertility yoga is gentle. There are no hard poses and no pressure to be flexible or "good at yoga." It is about slowing down, calming your nervous system, and giving your body a little love during a season that can feel heavy. All you need is a quiet spot, a mat or even a towel, and a willingness to breathe.

Spots: Only 10 spots, first-come, first-served
