Evidenced-informed and emotionally attuned education, support, and community for every stage of your fertility journey.
Fertility care is not just medical. It is psychological, emotional, and deeply personal. As a fertility doula, I provide non-clinical support that works alongside your medical team — not instead of it.
I help you make sense of test results, treatment plans, and medical language — so you walk into every appointment informed.
I hold space for grief, disappointment, anxiety, and hope — without judgment, without rushing your process.
I help you think through your options, clarify your values, and feel confident in the decisions you make.
Whether you are in an active cycle, between treatments, or processing loss — I am a steady presence across your journey.

Money should never stand between you and the support you deserve. Answer a few honest questions, and I will show you your rate.
Your clinic handles the medical side, the tests, the treatments, and the numbers. I handle the human side. I help you understand what your care team is telling you, prepare for your appointments, and care for your heart through all of it. We are on the same team, just in different lanes.
Not at all. I support people at every stage. Maybe you are just starting to wonder if something is wrong. Maybe you have been trying for years. Maybe you are exploring other paths to parenthood. Wherever you are, there is a place for you here.
This is one of my favorite questions. My job is to support you through the trying-to-conceive season. Once you are pregnant and your care team confirms it is a healthy, growing pregnancy, you graduate from my services, just like you graduate from your fertility clinic. It is a moment to celebrate. From there, I help you find a wonderful birth and postpartum doula in your area so you stay supported every step of the way.
Nope. I support clients virtually, so we can meet by video or phone, no matter where you live. Distance is never a reason to go through this alone.
I offer a few different ways to work together so you can choose what fits your needs and your budget. The best first step is to complete your personalized fee scale assessment, then book your free 15-minute consultation.
Fertility doula support is not yet covered by insurance. I keep my fee scale flexible, so support stays within reach. Take the assessment and find a path that works for you.
I use a mix of gentle yoga, guided meditation, and breathwork (simple breathing exercises) to meet you right where you are. Some days you may need movement to release stress. Other days you may need stillness, or a way to calm your mind while you wait. We choose what fits your season. Yoga supports your whole self, and it works alongside your medical care, not in place of it.
Gentle yoga can be a supportive part of your journey, and I keep every session gentle and shaped around where you are. Every body and every treatment plan is different, so I ask you to check with your doctor or fertility clinic before we begin. If they tell you to avoid certain movements, we skip them. Yoga is not medical treatment, and it does not replace your care team. If something doesn't feel right during a session, we stop or change it. You are always in charge of your body.
Both. Each package includes one private, one-on-one yoga session with me. If you would like more one-on-one sessions, you can add them for an extra fee. You are also welcome to join the monthly group yoga class.
Some of it is included. Every fertility doula package comes with one one-on-one yoga session and access to the monthly group yoga classes. Extra one-on-one sessions, workshops, and specialty classes are not included and cost extra. You can see everything I offer on my Fertile Ground Yoga page.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to start.
Your journey starts in 3 simple steps.
Rooted in Faith. Ready for Anything.
