What is a fertility doula?
A fertility doula is your steady support person while you are trying to grow your family. I walk beside you through the waiting, the appointments, the big feelings, and the hard decisions. Think of me as the person in your corner who has time to listen, answer your questions, and remind you that you are not alone.
Do I really need a doula if I already have a clinic?
Your clinic is focused on your body. I am focused on you, the whole person. Most people leave appointments with more questions than answers, and no one to process it all with. Will you replace my therapist or counselor?
No, and I would never try to. A therapist supports your mental health in a way I am not trained to. I support you through the day-to-day of this specific journey. Many of my clients have both, and the two roles work beautifully together.
