MEET THE AUTHOR

Quisha Umemba

Quisha Umemba is a registered nurse, public health expert, and Fertility Doula-in-training. She has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of healthcare, community, and education.

She wrote this book because she lived it. Her story is not wrapped up perfectly. There is no tidy bow at the end. And that is exactly the point. Because most of our stories are not tidy either.

When she is not writing, Quisha is building Fertile Ground, a growing community for women navigating fertility, faith, and the big life moments in between.
